Referral Program
We appreciate our patients and value your trust. When you refer a new patient who enrolls in one of our membership programs, you will receive one month free—equal to the value of the referred patient’s monthly plan ($125 or $189).

    4. Ordering and management of testing and results

    5. Ordering of supplements and medications including controlled substances.
